1. Platform role
GlocalXperts provides software for discovery, agreement structuring, and workflow management between clients and professionals. GlocalXperts is not a party to service agreements between users and does not act as a payment processor, escrow service, or money transmitter.
2. Accounts and identity
Users must provide accurate account information and complete required identity review steps. Fraud, impersonation, and policy abuse may lead to suspension or termination.
3. Current access and future paid features
GlocalXperts is not currently offering or collecting new subscription fees. If paid platform features are introduced later, their price, provider, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase. Any future platform fee will remain separate from payments arranged between clients and professionals.
4. User engagements and agreements
Users are solely responsible for negotiating, executing, and fulfilling their own service agreements. The platform may provide tools to document scope, milestones, approvals, and records, but GlocalXperts does not collect, route, hold, release, insure, or guarantee funds between users.
5. Acceptable use
Users must not submit false identities, misleading profiles, abusive content, fraudulent engagement details, or attempts to use the platform as a payment channel, escrow system, or funds-transfer mechanism.
6. Data and compliance
Platform usage is subject to applicable law, sanctions screening, data protection obligations, fraud prevention requirements, and operational compliance controls.
7. Liability and enforcement
To the extent permitted by law, GlocalXperts is not liable for indirect or consequential damages and is not responsible for service delivery, off-platform payment arrangements, or outcomes agreed directly between users. We reserve enforcement rights for security, compliance, and legal obligations.
