Source code, an Internal candidate, and a public Play release are different states

This page defines how GlocalXperts reports those states. It does not claim that an uninstalled build, local artifact, or Internal Testing upload is publicly available.

Build

A forward version is produced from an exact source SHA and passes the applicable code, security, accessibility, and packaging gates.

Internal Testing

The candidate is uploaded to the Internal track and installed through Google Play. A local APK alone is not certification.

Device certification

Client and professional accounts cross web and Android through the real lifecycle on a Play-installed physical device.

Production gate

Production remains unchanged until the owner gives the exact instruction GO PUBLIC V5 after the release-candidate evidence is complete.

What release evidence must cover

Exact source identity, CI, signing and artifact provenance, Play Console state, Data Safety, target API, device installation, role authorization, lifecycle parity, deep links, TalkBack, reduced motion, adaptive layout, screenshots, crash and ANR review, rollback, and open-severity counts.

What this page does not promise

It does not guarantee device compatibility, marketplace outcomes, rankings, work, payment, or a release date. The app and Google Play must show the state actually available to the user.
